Thomas Murdaugh Obituary

MURDAUGH, Thomas BLUFFTON, SC - Thomas (Buddy) Willard Murdaugh, 69, died Monday, January 2, 2006, at his home. He was born in Islandton, SC, on December 15, 1936. He was the son of the late William Hamilton Murdaugh and Hazel Swingle Murdaugh. He was the owner of Classic Fence Company; a member of the Church of The Cross and a US Army reservist. He is survived by his wife, Juanita (Nita) W. Murdaugh of Bluffton, SC; three sons, Michael Willard Murdaugh, Gary Kevin Murdaugh and Sean Patrick Murdaugh all of Bluffton, SC; one daughter, Veleta Larsen of Bluffton, SC; two sisters, Annaliza Rahl of Columbia, SC, and Mary Louise Cox of Hanahan, SC, and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, January 5, 2006, in the Church of The Cross, SC, with burial in the Lawtonville Cemetery, Estill, SC.
