Thomas Bergin Obituary

I am so sorry to learn of Thomas' passing. He was a very good friend that will be sorely missed by all that was lucky enough to have known him

We will never forget how proud your dad was the day you were born the son of our brother Thomas Clark Bergin formerly of Ilion New York Your zest for life your feckles Your uncle Jim aunt Pat aunt Adeline our children and spouses callupon your friends to hold your fond memories and keep him his parents Tom and Mary in your prayers I believe you are in your parents arms as I write this memory This is also coming from your cousins

Thomas was like the brother I never had. The Thelma to my Louise, my partner in crime, my “girlfriend”, & my backyard husband. He was the best gardener, cook, computer geek, gossip queen, drama queen, bartender, hostess, southern belle, southern gentleman, and life of the party that one could ever hope to meet. I will love & miss him always.

So sorry for your sudden loss. Although we didn't know your brother, we send our deepest sympathy. A loss of life always leaves a void, but memories will be sweet

This loss has effected so many of those who loved Thomas. He was a great friend, always there for you when you needed him. I will miss our long telephone conversations and my favorite travel partner.

I'm sad to say good-bye to a wonderful, witty and caring friend. I only wish I could have seen him more often than I did. I have very good memories of Thomas coming to Louisville to visit my whole family. We all felt like he was one of us. I will also remember him cooking a South Carolina Low Country Boil for me and my family when I came to visit Wendy one time. Fantastic dinner! We had a great time whenever he was around. Thanks for the great memories Thomas....I will miss you dearly!

Dear Cesar, My deepest sympathy to you and the family. Thomas will be missed by many. He was fun,caring and very good to me at a time when I was desperate. He dropped everything and took me to the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville for two weeks. I'm blessed to have known you and him.

For a special person who will be dearly missed, for the little bit of time that i knew him as a neighbor in N. Charleston, he was a fun, loving and a very caring person.He always knew how to make you laugh when you needed a good laugh.He always had a up beat spirit! My brother, my sister, my best friend. With him as your friend, he made you complete. Without him, life will never be quite the same. In "our" community, God brings that one special person into your life who loves and understands you, stands by you, and never judges. For me, that was Thomas. At my worst, he was always able to lift me up, up so high I had to look down to see Heaven. A special person, yes, but even a greater friend. To say good-bye would be most difficult, so I'll say I Love You and we'll keep in touch. God Bless.

So young. I know that he is much loved and will be missed by all that knew him. I knew Kathy and her brothers when she was in middle and high school. I wish that we had remained closer through the years. I will always hold fond memories of those years that we all spent together. What can you say about a young man taken too soon? Well if you knew Bubba, you could say a lot...like what a terrific brother, uncle, and friend, a big dreamer, and fantastic cook! He will be sadly missed by all that knew him...and there are many...good bye Bubba-you are loved!
