Bill was such a unique character. I treasured his ability to "think outside the box." Most of all, I treasured his faith, now more than ever. Hearts are heavy today, but for all, like Bill, who seek eternal life through God's Word, our hope is not in earthly things. We will see him again.

Carol and Fred, and Georgia, we are sorry to lose our dear friend and brother, Bill. We have memories that go back several decades with our times together at church and other activities in the Cocoa and Rockledge areas. He was a hard working Deacon in Cocoa, and always held out for the truth of God's word, as did his mom and dad. I was always encouraged by that famous Billingsley smile of his. He has achieved victory in Christ, and is really where he can keep smiling eternally now. God bless you all. Walt and Benny Ann Gilfilen

I'm comforted for my brother's soul who would not come back for any price, and I'm so sad for you, Carol and everyone else affected by the loss of such a strong man. His smile and his presence will be missed by our church at Banner Elk. We love you and will keep praying for you and Fred. Bill will be missed.

Carol, I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of you dad (my sweet cousin). I know we will miss him but we both know he is in a much better place and he was ready to go. You and Fred were so good to take care of him. I have such fun memories of the camping trip we went on together when I was 13 and that bear came to our tent , tore up our coolers and your dad went out chasing him. I'll always remember his smile.
We have to keep in touch because we are about the only ones left on my Dad and your grandmother's side of the family. Please give your family my love. Love and God Bless, Jan Ward
