Terry Sharman Obituary

Terry Sharman RIDGELAND, SC - Terry Sharman, age 51, of Ridgeland, SC escaped the bonds of this earth for eternal life with her heavenly Father on April 10, 2010. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister. She is survived by her husband, Howard Sharman of the home; two daughters, Shannon Turner and her husband James, of Summerville, SC, and Charity Campo and her husband Emilio of St. Stephens, SC; one son, Jimmy Oliver and his wife Jennifer of Lexington, NC; one stepdaughter, Jennifer Fox and her husband David of Greenville, SC; her mother Linda Massingale of Lake City, FL; her sister, Ivy Kolb of Palatka, FL; two brothers, Timmy Miller of Lake City, FL, and Oather "Yogi" Miller of Charleston, WV; and 15 grandchildren. Her life is a testament to grace, dignity, and courage, and an example to all who knew her. She loved unselfishly, and was in turn loved by her family and friends. Lung cancer devastated her physically, but could not defeat her loving spirit, and she arrived in heaven victorious. A memorial service, a "Celebration of Life," will be held at at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, April 14, 2010, at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home Chapel, 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC, 29406. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM for visitation on Tuesday, April 13, 2010, at the funeral home.
