Dear John, Justin, Katie, Jordyn & Family,
I wanted to personally let you know how much I loved, admired and respected Terri! I worked with her at Franklin Templeton Bank & Trust. I met Terri while I was expecting my first baby. Within a few months she became my boss. She treated me with such respect and supported me in everything.

On one occasion, I shared with her some genuine concerns. I was truly amazed how understanding and thoughtful she was in supporting me. She didn't even know me very well and treated me with genuine love and respect. This quality is so hard to come by. I think it was such a natural quality for her.

We would have good conversations as we worked so hard. When I shared that we were naming our daughter Abigail-Abby. She said something like, "Love it" (followed by a laugh) "My Katie and I love that name too - that's our dog's name." We got a good laugh. I loved her laugh!

She even sent me a gift for my Abby just from her. That really meant so much to me. I could just keep going with the many kind and respectful things she did for me. She will always have a special place in my heart for all that she was.

Thanks for sharing her with me and I'm glad she is in a better place free of pain. I truly love her picture. She's positively glowing and completely depicts the sweet Terri I will always remember.

Katie, My best to you in delivering your second baby. Terri was so proud to be a grandma and I loved seeing the cute pictures of Jordyn she would share.

I was so happy to hear that Terri met John last December! I am also so sorry that it didn't last very long here on this earth. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time!

Love,

I worked with Terri for over 10 years, and reported directly to her for 2 years. I don't know how I lucked into that gig, but she was an amazing person to work for, and I treasure the time I spent with her. She always had my back, and I knew I could rely on her for anything. By the same token, I and the others in our department would have done anything for her. It is rare to find someone who inspires others like that in this industry, and the fact that she was just so genuine made her all the more special. I often say that my time working for her was “a golden time” and I think others who knew her will understand that sentiment. She was feisty, vibrant, saucy, humorous, thoughtful, honest, patient, and smart, smart, smart. An amazing combination. But then she was an amazing woman. I will never forget her, and will strive to be like her. Thanks Terri – for everything.

A lady in every sense of the word. We are grateful the short time we've known and experienced such a "full of life" friend. We appreciated all her many kindnesses. Our prayers to the family and our dear friends.
