I knew Tania Burgbacher through attending Faith Assembly when it was in the old building. She was a gracious woman, kind and compassionate and her gentleness was well known around the church. God bless you Jason, Chad and Lindy in the loss of your mother and this month of June which is a reminder. May God comfort your hearts through any grief for sorrow.. Deborah Burns

To Pastor Larry, Jason, Lindy, and Chad, and the Faith Assembly Family:
I was shocked to receive my bulletin and see news of Tania's untimely death. To say that she rejoices in Heaven doesn't seem to help the grief of those left behind, so just let me say that you are all in my prayers, that the "God of all comfort" may hold you all in His loving arms and help you cope with this devastating loss. During the years we lived in Ladson, Tania was an encouragement and an inspiration, and I am SO grateful to have known her.
God keep you all.
Lovingly,

Ken and I were so sorry to hear about Tania. We will never forget our wonderful memories of Tri-County Assembly with you and your family. Tania and I shared a lot during our 'having babies times'. Larry and family,
You were our youth pastor at Raleigh Assembly of God in Memphis about 30 years ago. Tania and I worked at the same place, went to all those wonderful softball games you and my husband(Bob) played in..we spent endless time with you and Tania. When I think of her I see a smile that would light up the planet and a laugh that was infectious-I can still hear it! We are so saddened about Tania. I have cried buckets of tears as so people have. Larry, hold on to your faith, family and friends. I know God will walk every step beside you. We are so blessed that you and Tania's path crossed ours. You both made a life long impact on us. Thank you and God bless.

To Larry and the family,
We first met y'all at Tri-County Assembly of God Church in Fairfield, Ohio. We had been members of Parc-Way Assembly of God Church in Indianapolis, Indiana under the dynamic leadership of Tania's daddy Pastor Raymond and Wanda Hundley. She was the product of wonderful and loving true Christian parents. What a heritage she had and what a heritage she leaves! Our hearts our broken today as we just heard of Tania's homegoing. No doubt that she is with our dear Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. What a profound loss for all of us, even those of us who haven't seen you for awhile. Tania and Larry are remembered as my first youth pastors at Tri-County. You did a wonderful work here and created the tremendously successful Gift Wrapping Booth for MISSIONS!!! God richly bless y'all in the work you have before you. Tania is with you always and is now your special Guardian Angel. She is missed and our hearts weep with you today. Can't believe it! We love her so. Such a copy of her gracious Southern Mother Mrs. Wanda Hundley! Love always, Stephen, Roberta and Russell Turek

Dear Burgbacher family,
I wish there was more that I could do to help y'all during this time of trial. We don't know why God allowed Tania to go to her real home now. Now that she has, I believe there will be more people who come (closer) to Christ. Tania was a spiritual mother to me who was genuine, practiced what she preached, taught me important things, and a great servant of God. Tania will continue to live on in all of us forever as we talk about her and remember the precious memories of the times we spent with her. Thank you for sharing Tania with us. We will continue to place you at the foot of the cross, so that the Holy Spirit may give you peace, strength, and comfort. In Jesus's love,

Pastor Larry and Family,
Tania was such a special lady and an anointed teacher and friend. She will be truly missed.
2 Corinthians 1:3 reminds us that our Heavenly Father is “the God of all comfort … and is there to give hope and joy amidst the heaviest sorrows.
“I do not know why oft ’round me,
My hopes all shattered seem to be;
God’s perfect plan I cannot see,
But someday I’ll understand.
Someday He’ll make it plain to me,
Someday when I His face shall see;
Someday from tears I shall be free,
For someday I shall understand.”
We will continue to lift you and the family up in our prayers.

Pastor Larry and family,
How do we choose the right words to say to you and your family? It seems at best they are just words but it is the best we have for the moment, but we send you our deepest thoughts and prayers at this time. You are on our hearts and in our prayers.
Tania was a great inspiration to us and she was real! That is who she was at church, teaching a class, on a mission trip or just being playful as she could do so well. Her integrity was a high priority to her because it was a high priority to God. She will be missed but her leagacy will live on through her children, grandchildren and ones she touched at home or on the mission field.
Pastor Larry you are in our prayers as you face the days ahead. Our church family at Faith Assembly is also being lifted up. God will make a way, I just know he will.

How wonderful it has been to know Mrs. Tania.
We had the privilege to sit under her in various classes and interact with her on numerous occasions. What a wonderful example of God's love for us. She had a knack of entertaining people as she taught of God's wonderful grace. Daily interaction with her inspired others to be more Christ-like.
I know Tania the person will be missed; her legacy, her ministry will carry on in the lives of those she ministered to.

Dear Family ~
My heart hurts because this wonderful woman no longer walks on earth with us but my heart also rejoices because there is no doubt Miss Tania is with Jesus. She is where she has lived her whole life to be. We are praying for the entire Burgbacher family and our church family @ Faith. As this week has gone on I have found comfort in the stories that have been shared about Miss Tania. If we speak of her often and kindly she will live on through our memories.
I will never forget after my first visit to the church, after it moved to the new sanctuary, Miss Tania personally called me that week. She invited me to the upcoming ladies brunch. I was thrilled the Pastor’s wife had called me personally! I went to the brunch and I was blessed. It was then that I knew she was very approachable, very real, very down to earth and very much filled with a love for the Lord. We never went back to our old church we had found a home for our family @ Faith!
Her retreats for the ladies were always on target. I was touched each year I was able to join in on them. She spoke Truth into our lives. She was an awesome teacher.
When we were getting ready to move Miss Tania told me we would not find another church like Faith. She said all Assembly of Gods were different. Once again she spoke Truth into my life because we have not found a church like Faith. Faith family you are blessed! I pray ya’ll will unite through this tragic loss of Miss Tania and press on towards the prize, the prize she has already received. She has prepared the way.
Much love and prayers go out to all of you.

Dear Larry,
Memories are flooding my mind as I think of all of the holidays and times that we have spent together for 35 years. She has been in my life since you brought her home to meet mom and dad when I was only three. I don't think of her as a sister -n- law but as my own sister. She watched me grow up. We have laughed and we have cried together. She has always been there for me. You and Tania have helped me through our brother's death and you were there with me when Grandma and Grandad died. You married Doug and I, and Tania was even in the room with the birth of Michala. My girls loved Tania and love coming to Uncle Larry and Tania's house. Life won't be the same. I don't know why this has happened but God knows. She is now walking in heaven with Mike, Grandma, and Grandad. Her legacy will live on. Her life has been such a witness to Doug, Michala, Misty, Macey, Maddie, and me. I know she meant everything to you. We are going to miss her more than words can describe. I know only God can carry you through one of the hardest times of our lives. I love you so much Larry!

Dear Brother Larry, and family,
I pray that God comforts you and gives you the grace to endure your loss. Although I do not attend Faith Assembly any longer, I have fond memories of my time there as a young adult with my family. I hope that you will find comfort in knowing that your loss is shared with those who knew Tania and that you are not alone in your grief. Know that "we shall all be like him" one of these days and that there will be a grand reunion in heaven soon.
His grace is sufficient...

What a Warrior for Christ Tania was!!
Our paths only crossed for a short time, but what a huge impact on my life she was. She was the living example of a true daughter of Christ!! Although she is loved very much here on Earth, God has ALWAYS loved her so much more than we ever could! And though it is very sad to know she's gone from here, how fulfilling to know her union with Christ is complete!! I know you're looking down and smiling Tania!!
God - bless and be with her family, and wrap them in peace that only You can provide!!

Dear Larry, Chad, Jason and Lindy,
My Naked Tears.
My Naked tears have watered the seeds we have sowed below these Mountains and space,
I can not be Seen From high mountains tops Nor from space,
But in my Dreams My Cry Comes in Sweet music Of remembrance ,
sorrow that I can not see your eyes any more that this mountain is to high up,
songs of a lost Sparrow that sings a song of our sweet mornings and night with lonely lullaby's
The seeds we once sowed have grown in to love but our love is a distance splendor,
I can Say I love you many times that Voice Might echo over these Mountains,
Hoping I can be heard that these Tears could Be of Joy from seeing your Eye's Once again,
Let me learn all over again Let me Kiss those lips I Long for,
Let these naked tears water the seeds we have sowed once again.
She will never be forgotten and awlays be loved.. are hearts are with you.

Dear Larry, Chad, Jason and Lindy,
We would have never dreamed in a million years that we would be writing this letter. Words are inadequate to express the desperate loss we feel in our hearts. Tears will not stop flowing as we try to wrap our mind around the reality of this horrible loss. It still has not sunk in and the whole incident seems so surreal. Our inability to come and be with you at this time has made this even more difficult for us. The only comfort we have is knowing that Tania has finally finished her journey here on Earth and now has joined others in the balcony of Heaven cheering us on to the finish line. We are praying for you at this time and send our love.
In His Grip,

Larry, Jason, Chad and Lindy,
My heart is broken for you. I grieve for your loss. Tania was precious. My memories of her are beautiful. Her laugh was contagious and she made those around her feel so special. There really are no words to express the grief that I have or that anyone has over her passing. She will always, always be missed and dearly loved.
There's a Chris Rice song that our family loves, Come To Jesus, and I've listened to it over and over this week.
"And with your final heartbeat
Kiss the world goodbye
Then go in peace, and laugh on Glory's side, and
Fly to Jesus
Fly to Jesus
Fly to Jesus and live"
You are each so very blessed to have had her with you, she had such joy. May your hearts ache a little less each day and be filled with the laughter and joy that she had.
Love,

May God's continuous grace and abiding love be forever with you pastor, children and family. i've visited your ministry a few times and felt the beautiful presence of love throughout. If i could share a word with the man of god it would be that God is love and he will keep you in your time of transition continue to walk and teach while God takes your burdens. We love you and will pray for strength in the Lord. We know that Mrs. Tania is rejoicing and praising in God's marvelous glory.

Dear Burgbacher Family: My family wishes to express to you our heartfelt sympathy for your loss. We have never attended your church as we have a home church but we have attended many events your church has sponsored because our children enjoy them so much and so do we. We live in Sangaree. We know many who are members there and know what a fine church you have there. We know the Burgbacher family is a wonderful family and this beautiful woman had a great deal to do with that, I'm sure. Although she will be dreadfully missed by her wonderful husband and beautiful children for a very long time to come, we can all rest and know she is rejoicing with our Lord now. Be strong Burgbacher Family and know that you will see her again someday! Our prayers are with you, the immediate family, and with this wonderful church family. Live as she would want you to and continue doing everything just as she would be doing today. As a Christian wife and mother, I know that would be her prayer. May God richly bless you Pastor Burgbacher and may He bless the rest of your wonderful family. You all are on so many prayer lists right now, both local and afar, that no prayer will go unspoken on your behalf. This community loves and appreciates you!

Dear Pastor Larry and family,
Your family is a precious gift to the world, and Tania was so precious and a wonderful woman of God who has left a legacy that few do. Her crown will shine because of it.
You blessed me so much when I lost my husband and I will never forget your kindness in my horrible pain. The pain of losing our loved ones is so much that only the comfort of the Holy Spirit can help. I will always remember your kindness and I pray for a hundred fold return back to you for all you and your family has sown in others. When I attended the women's retreat that Tania taught, I was so blessed. She taught on being the bride of Christ and revelations and all that it was like to be a bride of Christ. The annointing and knowledge that came forth was such a gift for many, and we will never be the same because of her love and dedication in teaching us.
My heart goes out to you, my prayers are ever with you.

Larry..dear pastor friend..Chad & Amber--4 children..Jason & Jessica-- 3 children..Lindy & Josh.. As I look at the top of this page and view the name..Tania Burgbacher.. I am in shock! I have a hole in my heart! My best-friend of 24 years - fasting & prayer partner - friendship beyond measure - loyalty of the highest order - a Proverbs 31 Woman of God - Teacher of the Word - Mentor of the Faith - Guidance with spiritual authority - Loving at all times - Set her home in order - God first; Husband second; Prioritized the list by writing her "list of things to do" down in pencil...not in ink...so God could take His eraser and put 'her to do list in order'!
Tania was..is..and forever will be my dearest pal.. confidant..sister..and most valuable friend that I have ever known. I am thankful that God.. through divine appointment gave us to each other...'for such a time as this'.. I WILL MISS her every day of my life. But... I truly have more to go to heaven for today than I did on June 10th..Tuesday afternoon..when God called her into her eternal home...
Our loss IS heaven's GAIN!
We are here always for you..your family.. your church..your ministry. She loved everyone.. accomplished more than we will know on earth.. faithful..faithful..faithful..
faithful.. describes Tania better than any other word. Her hands gave to you..to us..to the mission fields around the world.. and everywhere we look we see her 'handiwork of enduring love and patience'...!!!
May you be comforted each moment of each hour now and always.. for our God makes no mistakes.. He has given us His Word! She has found her resting place..we will all meet again.. we can rejoice and be glad for our sorrow is just for a season. And our love is eternal through our Lord Jesus Christ.
We are here for you and we love you. Thanks for sharing Tania with us..you did not know her time was so short..and yet you gave her to all of us! We are grateful for your giving and sharing. God bless you always..and keep you safe in His arms of love. Forever Friends....

Pastor Burgbacher and Family,
Although I never formally met Tania, just saw her at church when we visited, others who knew her sang her praises to me. My family and I lost our son in a car accident thirteen years ago and understand your pain at this terrible and shocking loss. Trust that Tania will be with you always. May you find the patience you need until you and your family are in her presence again. We will keep you in our prayers.

Dear The Burgbacher Family,
Words will never be able to describe the legacy Tania has made on this earth. I know firsthand how proud she was of her family and how much she loved each and everyone so much...Find strength in God's love knowing she is up in heaven worshiping the King of King's and Lord of Lord's face to face. Her legacy will always live on through the lives she has touched and prayed for. I am so sorry for your loss. Tania was a Proverbs 31 woman who lived her life so real and honest. I will miss her laugh and the joy she carried with her everywhere she went. Trust God and know He will carry through this difficult time and will use it for His good. Just believe and take rest knowing we all love you and are praying for you!
Love In Christ,
George and Kim (Sparks) Hinerman

What a tragedy this left in the hearts and minds of the family, but what a BEAUTIFUL entrance she was able to walk through !!! Praise GOD!!! This lady always was and now IS truly a wonderful, beautiful and selfless angel to us all.
I was blessed to know her while in and out of your church for years. One day, when I practically lay myself down on your altar, I was so burdened to make a decision to let go of my marriage or to continue sticking to my belief that it wasn't to end.... I was comforted by a sweet sounding lady in my ear praying for me. She had others join us after we spoke of what I was going through. I looked up to see that it was the Pastors wife. Week after week, she met me at that altar to pray and lift me up. She was the reason I was able to have peace about it and to lift my head up high. More importantly, she also taught me that I must forgive him as well as myself in order for peace to be in my heart with GOD. That I will never forget her for.
I owe a part of my happiness to her for her words and am truly sorry that you lost your beautiful wife Pastor Larry. Your mother, children. May God comfort you with his love and surround you with her memories forever!
If you need a place to feel at home and want to feel the Holy Spirit all around you, try Faith Assembly. It is a true blessing. Even at this time, HE is in the midst of it all.

Altho I never had the pleasure of meeting Tania, as a sister in Christ my heart grieves for your loss. Pastor Larry and Family,
I don't know what to say except we know that Tania was an ANGEL here on earth and now she is an ANGEL in Heaven with God. I can say I am sorry but, that does not express how I feel or anyone that knew Tania. I don't get to Faith as much as I would like but, when I am there I always leave so happy. You and Tania have prayed so many times for me and my family. You and your family are deeply in my heart and my prayers. She was and still is a wonderful God loving woman. Your comfort will be knowing where she is and knowing you will be reunited one day in the Kingdom of Heaven. You have such wonderful children and now they will be there with you and for you. You have so many people that Love you and Tania so you will never be alone. God Bless You and Your Family during this time.
Always,
Ada Brixhoff
