I only knew Tabitha since 2019, which was a very difficult year for me. She was a friend and advocate for me through my breast cancer journey...a true God-send! One day, when I got some very scary news about my diagnosis, and was already in the care of an oncologist, she got the results also and called to check on me. She talked to me like a friend while on her journey home, and it meant the world to me! I only learned yesterday of her passing, which was very devastating. I want her family to know that I have been lifting you up in prayer and will continue to do so. People like her are few and far between, and she will be so very missed here in Bonneau. So blessed I was able to know her! God Bless this family.

My thoughts and prayers are with your family after the loss of such a wonderful person. I have known Tabatha since she was student at MUSC, and later as a friend. She was a dedicated , hard working , compassionate student and later an excellent , and well respected practitioner. I also remember conversations with her about how much she loved her family and how proud she was of them. She will be missed by so many. My prayers are with you .

My husband and I are saddened by the death of Tabatha. He has been seeing her at Palmetto Primary Care in Bonneau for quite a few years. She always took care of him and he really listened to what she told him. Our condolences to her family and friends. She will definitely be missed.

Dr. Tabatha Lynn (Booth) Adams, age 52, was born in Mobile, Alabama, on June 8, 1970. The world suffered a devastating loss when she passed on November 2, 2022. Whether known as Dr. Adams, Tabatha, or Tabbi, she was beloved by many.
Tabatha was a devoted mother and a determined woman. As a single mother, she put herself through nursing school while working full-time as a hair stylist, then continued to become a Nurse Practitioner with a doctorate in nursing. Along with being a distinguished Nurse Practitioner, strong patient advocate, and loving friend, she was a member of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians. Her smile brightened a room wherever she went and will be deeply missed.
