September 10, 2025

Larry and I me Miss Sylvia Northwood Church when we first started to attend services back on the original campus. She and her dear friend sat in front of us and we looked forward to seeing them every Sunday. At some point we began saving seats for each other. Then we got to know Linda as well as her grandson and great grandson at the Church at Carnes. It was very clear that she loved the Lord and loved her family. Larry or I used to walk her in from her car, amazed at the fact that she was still driving. I also looked forward to walking her down to her seat - what a privilege! Then came Covid and we lost touch as my daughter wanted to switch to the church that her granddaughter wanted to go to. In keeping the family together we switched as well.

Sylvia was a special lady, determined to get to church every Sunday, rain or shine! She was a very special lady!
