To the Family of Sylvia Blakely:
You don’t know me but I want to offer condolences on behalf of the Berman family. My grandfather Isidor Berman (Baltimore) was Rose’s brother. My mother Barbara was Sylvia’s first cousin. Our immediate family moved to Scottsdale AZ almost 30 years ago and so we lost touch with much of the family on the east coast. It’s a shame that I didn’t get a chance to meet Sylvia and the rest of the family from Kingstree.
I’ve been working on the Berman family history for about 20 years so if anyone would like an update feel free to contact me. Once again, I’m sorry for your loss.
