Steven Akers Obituary
5-20-05. He was born in Portland, OR on 2-13-62. He was a welder and millwright. He is survived by his father Larry Akers in Oregon, his mother Bobbi Thompson of New Orleans, LA, a brother Kevin in Nevada, and nephew Nicky of Olympia, WA. His significant other Vickie Schoedler, a step-brother Doug Thompson, step-sisters Teri Oliva, Stacy Speer and Stephanie Berman and several nieces and nephews all in Monroe, WA. His aunt Linda Bingham of Richmond, VA, his uncle and aunt Charles and Candy Neeley of Nevada City, CA and cousins Chris, Mike, Mark, Phillip and Adam. A private cremation will take place. The family suggests contributions to the Hospice of the Valley, 2525 E. Southern Ave, Tempe, AZ 85282.
