I have known and loved Steve ever since he moved to Harbor Apts. He has been a wonderful and loving friend to me and my little dog ,Elmo. I will not forget him or his never ending love for everyone and the animal world as well.It will not be the same here without him/we are all in shock over his very untimely death. We were all so proud of him for his recent accomplishments and better yet, he felt so good about himself !!!!! Rest In Peace DEAR STEVE and please be our guardian Angel here at the apts .your ftiend forever , Terri and elmo

To the dear O'Shea family. Our hearts grieve for you all with the passing of Steve. I remember him well as a child growing up on Vine Street. Although we are far away, we will always be an extended family!
