Mr. Van Hannegeyn was the husband of Mrs. Annette Van Hannegeyn, the father of Sean M. Van Hannegeyn (Kesha), St. Julian C. Van Hannegeyn, Junelle N. Van Hannegeyn and Jermaine L. Van Hannegeyn, the brother of Willa Pearson, Sarah Mikkelson (Dale), George Van Hannegeyn and Henry Mason, the grandfather of Darius T. Van Hannegeyn, Jocelyn N. Van Hannegeyn, Tyler C. Van Hannegeyn, Kendall Simmons and Casey King. The Home Going Service will take place on Saturday, June 3, 2023, 11:00 AM at Life Center Cathedral 7190 Cross County Rd., N. Charleston, SC. He will be laid to rest in Carolina Memorial Gardens. The Wake Service will take place on Friday, June 2, 2023 at Abyssinia Baptist Church, 4656 Nesbit Ave., N. Charleston, SC.
