For some reason I was driven to look up Sheila & Bill today and came upon upon Sheila's obituary. So sad to learn of her passing. It has been a very long time since our last contact in the mid 70's when Art and I moved to Florida after he left Arthur Anderson. We moved to Texas in 1991 from Illinois. Art passed away the beginning of 2014. If you read this Bill, would love to make contact.

We were saddened and shocked at Sheila's untimely passing. Adam and I have fond memories of the time we spent at your home in Tolland, CT many years ago. She was a great and gracious lady and the consummate hostess. You and yours are in our thoughts and prayers.

I was so saddened to hear about your loss. Sheila and her mother lived across the street from our family in Bethlehem, PA. They were exceedingly kind to my sister, Holly, who had learning disabilities and did not have many friends. Mrs. Girvan and Sheila always welcomed her into their home. Holly was very sad to hear that Sheila died, they had connected on Facebook and Holly always looked forward to Sheila's posts. I am very grateful to have known Sheila. Certainly a life take too soon.
