Sharon Ann Carrigg Vaughn LADSON - Sharon Carrigg Vaughn, 65, of Ladson, South Carolina, passed away Sunday, July 27, 2025, surrounded by her family. Her memorial service will be held Saturday, August 2, 2025, in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road, at 10:00 am. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel. Sharon or Sharbear, everyone had a different name for her, but her favorite was MawMaw. She was born September 9, 1959, in Orange Park, Florida, daughter of the late Chuck Badger and Easter Olar Badger Gunnells Perkins. She spent her time with friends at local hangouts. Her best times were with her grand's and great-grand's. She always had McDonalds and IHOP money for them grand's. They had tea parties and sleepovers. You could always find candy in her pocket for all the children. She knew no strangers from local hangouts or grocery store line and spoke to everyone. She is survived by her beloved mother, Easter Perkins; brothers: RL (Tammy) Carrigg and Billy (Sheila) Badger; children: Kati (John) Murray, Krissy (Michael) Smith, Eugene (Charlie) Vaughn, Shea (Leeann) Stafford; eleven grandchildren: Ashley, Krystal, Mikey, Donald, Jared Jr., Breana, Little Gene, Little Donald, Rylen, Abigail and Emmitt; fourteen great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and several friends she considered family, and last but not least her favorite person, Padre (Dave Taschner).
