Shane,
I will never forget you! You made me laugh so hard all the time! Before I met you TJ would tell me how much I was going to love you, and how much you ment to him, and the family! I am thankful to have been able to meet you! My heart goes out to the family, and the ones that were lucky enough to have meet you!

Have not talked to you since High School, but you were a good friend and will be greatly missed. My prayers are with your family.

I was shocked to just learn of Shanes passing. My deepest sympthay goes out to everyone. I can remember Shane as if it was yesterday, he was a very jolly person and I am blessed to have known him and worked with him. Donna, should you need anything please let me know.

Oh Shaney, you were the funniest person I know. You were my second dad, and you meant the world to me. It's hard to imagine having the rest of my life without you in it. All the times we came over for cookouts or to play Magic. We always went to the movies, you name it we did it, and we did it together as a family bc we were a family. Im going to miss ya. Love ya pops.

To Donna & Family - I have been out of the country and just found out about your loss. Shane was the type of guy you immediately liked. Though it wasn't often I had the chance to visit you all with Scott, when I did, you all always welcomed me with open arms, with Shane in the forefront with some sort of joke - ALWAYS. I'm quite sure that he's up there giving Scott a hard time right now. My prayers are with you - do not hesitate to contact me if you need anything!

Shane was the older brother I needed when my life had no direction. He lifted me from a dark place and put me on the straight path by showing me how to be a better person through his example and I owe EVERYTHING I have today to him. I will be there when needed and I will not fail him, or you, when you call on me. Know that what I have is yours without question and that I love you all.

I'll miss talking with you every week and seeing you at the meetings. You were a great president. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

heather, seeing you at shanes funeral brought back so many memories of us being great friends when we were young and so many happy ones of shane.we all used to laugh at tom and him so it feels like i lost a big brother,so sorry for you and the family, please stay in touch would love to have my friend back in my life,love you,dotti.aka- suzanne thomas still. ps tell your mom ,donna,jacque,how much i love them and am thinking of them..

Shaney, you were the brother I never had. You took me under your wing when I was 14 years old and kept me there until you left this life, which was much too soon. I can't express in words how much you meant to me and how much you did for me. Your a big reason that I'm the man I am today and I'll always be in your debt.
