Dear Mike and Family,


I had thought that your death
was a waste and destruction,
A pain of grief hardly to be endured.
I am only beginning to learn
That your life was a gift, a growing
And a loving left with me.
The desperation of death
Destroyed the existence of love,
But the fact of death
Cannot destroy what has been given.

Instead of your death and your departing

What moves through us is a silence, a quite sadness, a lingering for one more day, one more word, one more touch. We may never understand why you left this earth so soon, but little by little, we begin to remember not that you died, but that you lived. and that your life gave us memories to beautiful to forget.

Sean always had a bed in our house and a place at our table. The Sean that I know had a beautiful smile and a contageous laugh that made those around him happy. That Wando football team was something special and it bonded these boys. I wish we could have frozen them in that time. My deepest thoughts and prayers are with his family now in seeing you through this very difficult time.

We are very sad to hear about Sean. Ron and I know personelly how hard it is to lose a Son. We will always remember him in our prayers.

Sean was loved by many and will always be remembered by his beautiful smile.

Sean was a very special kid to me. He has been friends with my son for many years and they played football and wrestled together. He has been to our house many times and we have had long talks about life. Sean is in Heaven today and will be able to guide and protect those friends that he left behind. He will be remembered well by our entire family and many others who knew and loved him as we did. God Bless you all as you return him to His Father.
