LIMA - Scott E. Diehl, age 63, of Lima passed away Wednesday, February 19,
2025.
He was born on September 12, 1961, in Lima to the late Harry John and Patricia (Dahill) Diehl. His stepfather Allen Niehaus survives in Lima.
Scott enjoyed collecting antiques and trading them. He was well known in the area as Mr. Fix-it and could fix anything. He would do anything for anyone and treasured his family.
Survivors include his children: Dewayne (Aimee) Diehl of Los Vegas, Brittney (Dustin) Diehl, Tricia (Bill) Diehl-Wright and a bonus daughter Krysti Green all of Lima; 4 grandchildren: Hayley Diehl, Kiara Diehl, Kinsley Barnhill and Kaelyn Barnhill; sisters: Barbara Patterson, Peggy (Alan) Stawarski and Doris (Tom) DeCamp all of Lima; the mother of his children and lifelong friend Terri Boyles of Lima; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his girlfriend Dionne and siblings: Rex Diehl, John Diehl, Janis Leppla and Ray Diehl.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers
memorials may be given to Bayliff & Son Funeral Home via family pay to help pay for services.

Growing up on Harrison Street , he was my neighbor and always visited with my mom on the porch of our house. I will treasure these memories. He was a very nice guy. So sorry he passed
