Sarah Game Obituary

GAME, Sarah Entered into eternal rest on Monday, August 11, 2008, Sarah Munn Game, 90, widow of Garnett W. Game; residence, Charleston, SC. The family and friends of Mrs. Sarah Game are invited to attend the funeral service of the former on Thursday, August 14, 2008 at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, 712 Wappoo Road, Charleston, SC 29407 at eleven o'clock in the morning. the family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to the service. Sarah was born June 21, 1918 in Effingham, SC, the daughter of Edward and Ella Munn. Surviving are one son, John "Gil" Game and wife Suzanne of Charleston, SC; three daughters, Janice Nogales of Seattle, WA, Lynn and Don Pope of Tuscon, AZ and Ann and Curley Martin of Charleston, SC; thirteen grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Garnett. In her last months, Sarah was provided very loving care by her caregivers, Regina and Ingre Jones. Heartland Hopice was instrumental in her comfort over her last few months and the family is eternally grateful for their services. Flowers are accepted and/or memorials may be made to MUSC Foundation, Transplant, PO Box 250450, Charleston, SC 29425.
