Prayers are with Sarah's family. May Jesus help them thru this difficult time. I have worked with Sarah in her previous career. She always took time to talk with me if we happened to cross paths again. Sarah just loved people and always had a connection to anyone she met. Heaven gained another angel on December 15.

It has been such a blessing to get to know Sarah during my time when I came to Holmes Avenue Baptist. She sat next to me in choir practice. We had fun laughing and cutting up! We all know where she is and I'm sure she's rejoicing with her loved ones that have gone on before her!

My heart goes out to the family. We grew-up together from childhood to adulthood. We went to the same church, school and it the same class in grade school and lived a street over from each other Prayed together, ate together slept as children together. The bond will for ever be there. Now she will be for ever in the Lord's care. I love you all.

Our prayers are with you all during this time. We will miss Sarah. She had such a sweet spirit. I can still remember her zipping me and Ruth around Charleston before we could drive. When we had family reunions, I remember her spending a lot of time with the children, making sure they had fun things to do. She often thought of others before herself. She is with Gene now. I'm sure that was a sweet reunion. Love ya.

Memories of love and friendship are treasures to carry with you always. When the lord calls our loved ones home,he leaves a gift of memories in exchange. Hold on to your memories, and let them guide your family during this time of sadness. Sarah will be missed.
