I am sorry to hear of aunt Pete's passing. My aunts and uncles Bob and Jessie and Boogie and Joyce wanted to also pass along their condolences. Due to health reasons were unable to make the trip. They loved her very much.

Aunt Pete, you will be missed by all. You were always so gracious to me. I will always remember running into you at the grocery store and walking with you to your car. Our little chats will always be cherished. You were most definitely a beautiful Southern Lady. I know how much you loved your family and will truly be missed by all.

Ms. Sara Jo and Jimmy, you are in our thoughts and prayers as you always will be. Mrs. Powell was a wonderful person and it showed in everything she did. Please let us know if we can do anything for you. As always, we love you very much.

Aunt Pete I will miss you dearly. I know you are in heaven with Uncle Joe rejoicing with the angels. Your lovely smile and loving words will be with me forever. Your forthright advice (even when it wasn't what I wanted to hear) will be memory I cherish. The nights of watching Braves Baseball and eating fried ham will be one of my fondest memories.
I know how mom will miss you. She is so sad. She loves you so much and now has an empty place in her heart.
I know that we will see you again!
To my cousins Sara Jo and Jimmy and their children, I love you all and will always be hear for you. Though this time is difficult now, you have great memories of a beautiful lovong mother and grandma.
I love you,
Cindy
