I worked with Horton over the years at TD Bank. She was the nicest person to speak with. Her sincerity and passion was above and beyond. I/we will miss her spirit and smile.
My thoughts are with you and your family.

Though I only knew Horton for a brief time back in our college days, the few memories I have of her then are treasures. Whether at the State Fair winning a Bear as big as she was or just waiting for clothes to dry at a laundry mat on Rosewood when she read me a poem that's been stuck in my head for forty years now.She was genuine and beautiful then and its comforting to know she stayed that way. My congratulations and condolences to those of you that got to enjoy her longer than I did.
