I first met Sandy twelve years ago when I joined First Citizens Mortgage Origination Team. She was always kind and helpful and lived her life as an example. As she fought her illness, she was the most courageous inspiration to all of us. She was always gracious and met friends and the world with a sweet smile. My life was blessed to have had Sandy as a friend. She will continue to have a special place in my heart. You only had to meet Sandy to know how much she loved her family. Tim and Brad, may the memories help to fill the emptiness.
