SPICER, JR., Samuel Dr. Samuel Sherman Spicer, Jr., 94, husband of the late Gertrude McRae Spicer, of Mt. Pleasant, SC passed away on Monday, August 18, 2008. The relatives and friends of Dr. Samuel Spicer are invited to attend his Memorial Service on Wednesday, August 20, 2008 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC. MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to the Medical University of South Carolina Foundation, Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, P.O.
