To the family: I just don't know what to say except just hold on to one another. This is a big shock to hear about Sam. Please remember how loving, fun and caring he was. Sam will always be remembered by all who had the pleasure to be in his presents. Just hold on to one another for everything and let God be in your hearts. I won't be seeing him ride his bike down PI anymore, or at Sticks making people laugh. I know you loved him but Our Father in Heaven Loves Him Better. God bless each and everyone of you for the loving care you have done for his servant.
