I am so sorry to hear of Uncle Sam's passing. When I saw him last month, he looked pretty good for what he'd gone through. I loved his new hairstyle - his head was nicely shaped and could pull the look off. But I understand that he'd had a really tough time of it these past weeks. It's so hard losing a loved one, but when they've gone through so much you wish for relief for them and the loved ones caring for them.

Aunt Lorna, Rich, Neils, I'm sorry for your loss. Well, it's my loss too. I know things got weird there for a little while, but I always kept those good memories close at heart. Even when we saw him last Thanksgiving, he was still being the same old Uncle Sam, knowing what kids like and making sure my son got candy. He knew how to speak "kid language". I remember the Christmas's with all the fireworks. We'd be out there for hours lighting them off, we had so much.

I had a dream last night and granny was in it. I was in her old house on Heaton drive and walking through on my way to the porch to sit in the rocking chairs. I know she's got Uncle Sam and he's in a better place. I wish you comfort in the coming months and years. If there is anything I can do, please don't hesitate to call on me. Love, Stacy
