Sadie Elizabeth Thigpen Hart Herndon During the illness and loss of a Loved One, the surviving family finds so many people who deserved to be thanked and acknowledged of the attention they gave. Our Loved One was at home with us at the end and we thank all who helped us accomplish this. We would like to start with the ones who provided loving care during the illness and arrangements after....Thank you: Carolina Memorial Park for final arrangements; Roper Lifelink for the heartfelt moral & physical support and transportation; MUSC Adult Emergency Services for excellent care; MUSC 8 West nursing staff for caring for our mother so tenderly; DR. Lichtenstein from MUSC General Medicine for the care for our Mom and our feelings; MUSC Respiratory Therapy Team, Hospice and PHC for all the kind care. And, not to be forgotten, all the Family and Friends who sent their love and support with prayers, cards, calls, gifts, food, flowers and visits during our time of bereavement.
