SMITH, Ruth Entered into eternal rest on the morning of December 26, 2004, Ruth Miller Smith, wife of Ray McKean Smith, Jr. Residence Hanahan, South Carolina. The relatives and friends of Mr. and Mrs. Ray McKean, Smith, Jr. are invited to attend the funeral services of the latter in STUHR'S GREENRIDGE ROAD CHAPEL Tuesday morning, December 28, 2004 at ten o'clock. Interment Christ Sanctified Holy Church Campground cemetery, Perry, Ga. The Smith family will receive friends at the wake in Stuhr's Greenridge Road Chapel, between six and eight o'clock this (Monday) evening . In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Christ Sanctified Holy Church Campground cemetery fund c/o Ray M. Smith, Jr., 6034 Rembert Drive, Hanahan, SC 29406. Mrs. Smith was born in Jacksonville, Florida a daughter of Frank W. Miller and Rowena (Rena) Brush Miller on June 24, 1925. Mrs. Smith was a graduate of People's Bible College in Greensboro, NC and was a graduate of Toccoa Falls Bible College, Toccoa, GA and had served as a missionary abroad. Prior to retirement Mrs. Smith was a Christian School teacher. Mrs. Smith was a member of Charleston Harbor Bible Church in Charleston, SC. Surviving in addition to her husband is her daughter Heidi Smith Wooten of Hanahan, three step-sons Dr. Ray M. Smith,111 of Norfolk, VA, Mark Douglas Smith of Irmo, SC, and Dr. Eugene Freeman Smith of Spartanburg, SC, a sister, Rowena M.
