Ruth Mouzon Obituary

MOUZON, Ruth The relatives and friends of Ruth Louise Mouzon, widow of John Asbury Mouzon, are invited to attend her funeral service on Saturday January 12th 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at CAROLINA MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL. Friends may call from the hours of 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home. Ruth was born on March 21st 1921 in Latta, South Carolina to the late Pinckney Ward and Odessa Turbeville. She was a Beautician and worked for Belks in sales. She was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church. She is survived by her son A. Kent Mouzon and his wife Pam of N. Charleston, Four grandchildren Jimmy Allen of Latta, SC, Teresa Miller and her husband Michael of Latta, SC, Russell Allen and his wife Maureen of Florence and Kyle Mouzon of N. Charleston. Three great grandchildren Courtney Miller of Columbia, SC, Christopher Miller of Latta, SC and Chloe Allen of Florence, SC and Numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a Daughter Elizabeth Gayle Allen, and four brothers Alton, Ralph, Richard and Garland Ward. Funeral services provided by Carolina Memorial Funeral Home, N. Charleston. Dear Family,

Louise was so loved by everyone who knew her. She will be so missed. Her ready laugh, willing smile, and helpful ways. Her friendship was endearing and will be everlasting in my heart and my Mothers.
