To Ruth's Family,
I was lucky to spend time with Ruth. I brought her communion at home and enjoyed my time with her. I will miss that time, and her brownies. :o) She was so thoughtful and caring of other people. She will truly be missed.

Dear Lisa, Sara, Eric, Jennifer, Stephanie and Laura,
I am so sorry to learn of the loss of your mother, Ruth. I know her illness was difficult, and I hope she is finally at peace.
I have many wonderful memories of your mom - like the deviled eggs she used to make for birthday picnics in your back yard in Chelmsford, and her ready smile and good spirit whenever we got together. I remember the pleasure she took in finding birthday presents for her children. There are too many good memories to put them all here, and I'm sure you have many good times to remember, too.
I pulled out about a dozen photographs of Ruth, many of them going back a lot of years. Ruth was always attractive with an easy grace. It was great to be able to look at her with other family members - her mother, Aunt Rita, you children when you were so young.
Whatever life's difficulties, Ruth was able to pull herself together and get on with her life. She loved her family and certainly did a great job of raising all of you. She loved getting together with her sisters and brothers, and keeping up with their children. She took great pleasure in watching her grandchildren grow up, and they are all very special.
I know she will be missed.
Please know my thoughts are with all of you and your families.
Lots of Love, Aunt Judy

To Ruth's Kids,
Please accept my most sincere sympathies on your loss. While I only knew your mom for a short time, I grew very fond of her. She was an incredible lady, a fighter and a friend. I will miss our visits and I will miss her insatiable appetite for vanilla ice cream and orange sherbet!
Her memory will remain forever in my heart.
With sympathy,
