BAKER, Russell Entered into eternal rest on the morning of February 21, 2009, Russell "Rusty" Lonnie Baker, husband of Ethel Virginia Downing Baker, Residence, North Charleston, South Carolina. Funeral and burial will be private. Mr. Baker was born September 19, 1946 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late Edward Lavander Baker and the late Shuler Katherine Grooms Baker. Russell was a self employed Painter. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Surviving are his wife of N. Charleston; son, Russell Baker of N. Charleston, SC; two daughters, Katherine Meade and Theresa Baker White both of N. Charleston, SC; one brother Edward Baker of James Island, SC; He also leaves behind five grandchildren.
