I never really knew my Great-Aunt Ruby but I know she was a very kind and loving person. It was a sense of relief that she passed away, she was very sick and none of us wanted to see her suffer anymore. We will all miss her but we know she is in a better place.

Ruby was a person with an open and sincere heart who was firmly committed to those she loved.
We met Ruby in '78 when we joined the Summerville Theater and found a friend who always brought all she
had to all she did and those she knew and worked with. Ruby will always be in our hearts and memories. With sincerest sympathy
to her family.

I first met Mrs. Ruby and Mr. Luder when visiting their jewelry store in Summerville many years ago. After a few minutes of browsing their shop I selected a ring that I really loved but could not afford at the time because I had just graduated from school and was working to support myself. Mrs. Judy, seeing the "I wish I could afford" look in my eyes surprised me by not only reducing the price of the ring but offered to let me make payments on it. To this day when I look at it I see the beauty and generosity of the wonderful lady who sold it to me. I fell in love with Mrs. Judy and Mr. Luder and visited them many, many times before they retired their business. I will always remember Mrs. Judy as being a true Southern "Lady" and a wonderful pillar of the community who was "well loved" by everyone! I know she's with our Lord and Savior, walking streets made of gold and has many jewels in her Halo. Love, Prayers and Blessings to you her Beloved family and friends. God Bless you all. Linda Stone
