Roy C. Jacobs Georgetown, SC - Roy Clifford Jacobs, 81, beloved husband of Judy Watts Jacobs, passed away Monday, April 16, 2018 at his home. Born on June 4, 1936, in Georgetown County, he was a son of the late Troy Clifford Jacobs and the late Margie Powers Jacobs. Mr. Jacobs attended Ringel Heights Baptist Church and the Sonshine Sunday School Class. In 1964, Mr. Jacobs started R.C. Jacobs Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. When not working, Mr. Jacobs enjoyed spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing and snow skiing. He was a dedicated and loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and friend who was loved by many and will be dearly missed. Survivors include his loving wife, Judy Watts Jacobs of Georgetown; two children, Robert Jacobs (Cindy) of Georgetown and Lynne Miller (David) of Georgetown; four grandchildren, Katie Moore (Michael) of Georgetown, Holly Herron (Jason) of Mt. Pleasant, Casey Jacobs (Jenna) of Georgetown and Katherin Simpson (Zack) of Georgetown; seven great grandchildren; two brothers, Lavern Jacobs (Joanne) of Georgetown and Duwayne Jacobs (Sylvia) of Moncks Corner; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM Thursday, April 19, 2018 at Ringel Heights Baptist Church with Rev. Kenny Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Wednesday in the Ringel Heights Baptist Church Family Life Center.
