Ronald Bray Obituary

Ronald C. Bray HANAHAN - Entered into eternal rest on the afternoon of May, 21 2010, Ronald C. Bray, husband of Robbie Bray. Residence, Hanahan, SC. The relatives and friends of MSgt. Ronald Bray are invited to attend his funeral service in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road, Wednesday, May 26 2010, at 2 o'clock. Interment with Military Honors, Plantation Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel on Tuesday, between 6 and 8 o'clock. Mr. Bray was born June 19, 1947, in Corbin, Kentucky, the son of Edward C. Bray and Mary B. Bray. He served our country in the Vietnam War, while there he worked on the Pershing Missiles. He retired after 23 years as a Master Sergeant. After the Army he became a truck driver for 21 years, he is a member of Sweet Freedom Brotherhood of the Spoked Wheel Motorcycle Club. Msgt. Bray loved fishing, NASCAR racing and his motorcycle He is survived by his wife Robbie Lee Bray of Hanahan, SC, father, Edward Bray also of Hanahan, SC, sons; Edward Allen Bray of Goose Creek, SC, Clinton James Bray of Elizabeth City, NC., daughter; Elizabeth Ann Diggs of San Marcos, CA., brother; Wayne Bray of Knoxville, TN., sister, Doris Bray of Orlando, FL., 3 grandchildren, Ian, Caleb and Amber. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to American Cancer Society 5900 Core Road, Suite 504, N. Charleston, SC 29406, or Lutheran Hospice 900 Johnnie Dodds Boulevard, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29464.
