Mr. Brown was the beloved father of the late Melvin Snipe, Debra Snipe, Sheila Brown, Darrel Brown, Patricia Brown, Craig Anderson and Kevin Tracey, brother of Francena Mack, Jeff Brown (Molly Ann), the late Margaret Taylor, the late Willie Taylor and the late Susan Washington (the late Isaac), brother-in-law of Mack Snipe.
