Well Robert I am signing this book with a heavy heart. But, I'm just sitting here and missing you and our daily talks. This will last for the rest of my life I guess. We knew each other forever as did our families. Then we married and had our children. Things happened and we went our separate ways but feelings always continued. We came full circle. I see you in the faces of our wonderful children and in the faces of your terrific brothers and sisters - that's conforting to me. Rest easy "Bob White" (our personal joke) and may God hold you in the Palm of His Blessed Hand until we meet again. Love and miss you kiddo.

Robert, my dearest friend you will be missed.
We will meet again one day.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Letter from Heaven
To my dearest family some things I'd like to say
But first of all to let you know that I arrived today,
I'm writing this from Heaven. Here I shall dwell with God above
Here, there's no more tears of sadness. Here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight
Remember that I am with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through
God picked me up and hugged me and He said "I welcome you,
It's good to have you back again,
you were missed while you were gone,
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly, you are part of my plan
There's so much that we have to do to help our mortal man."
God gave me a fist of things that he wished for me to do
And foremost on the list was to watch and care for you
And when you lie in bed at night, the days chores put to flight
God and I are closest to you . . in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth and all those loving years
Because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears
But do not be afraid to cry, it does relieve the pain
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
1 wish that I could tell you all that God has planned
If I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand
But one thing is for certain though my life on earth is o'er
I'm closer to you now than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb
But together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
When you're walking down the street and you've got me on your mind
I'm walking in your footsteps, only half a step behind
And when it's time for you to go . . from that body to be free
Remember you're not going . . you're just coming here to me.
Robert Wright was a good Man. He was a very good Husband to my Sister Susan and Father to his Children including his Step Children Wesley and Jennifer. You could not ask for a better person than Robert Wright. His laugh was contagious and one could not help but have a good time when in his presence. We will miss you Robert but we know God calls the good ones home early, Peace be with you Brother. An Old Irish Prayer for you: "I pray we'll find your light, and hold it on our hearts, when stars got out each night, behind us where you are, let this be our prayer, when shadows fill our day, lead us to a place, guide us with your grace, give us faith so we'll be safe." With much love the Stills, Vic, Schuyler, Kelly, & Mackenzie
To Robert's family I express my most sincere condolences. Your father was my best friend and will be sadly missed by me. No one will ever replace him. He will forever be in my thoughts and memories.
To my best friend and first mate:
"I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures
I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and
pieces, parts of a beautiful whole.
They give me comfort when I
think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my
pocket, like so much other stuff I
keep there.
But of all the treasures I have,
it’s the memories of you that are
the most precious."
Sincerely,
Your dearest friend
Gary Tessier
