Robert Earl Voyles CHARLESTON - Robert Earl Voyles, 77, of Charleston, South Carolina entered into eternal rest Saturday, February 23, 2013. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 11:00 am in the J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway. The family will receive friends Monday from 5:00 until 7:00 pm in J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel. Burial will be private. Robert was born January 7, 1936 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of Earl Maurice Voyles and Myrtis Knight Constant. He retired as a Chemical Technical Specialist from Westvaco. He was a graduate of Rivers High School, Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor's Degree, and Masters Degree from Central Michigan. He enjoyed shagging at the BPO Elks Lodge. He is survived by his daughter, Robin Voyles Steinberger (John); three sisters, Ann Kirkman of Greensboro, NC, Ann Hargett of Pensacola, FL, and Peggy James of Orlando, FL. He was predeceased by his son, Bradley Earl Voyles and grandson, Thomas Earl Voyles.
