I was told that my father Ned was always getting into trouble and sometimes Uncle Bruce was with him. The problem was my father was a faster runner than Uncle Bruce was and Dandy would catch him first. Then one day my father made the mistake of climbing up the windmill to hide and Dandy got a chair and waited for him to come down. That day Uncle Bruce got the last laugh.

We were extremely saddened to learn of Bruce's passing from Susan in the note she sent this week. To all of Bruce and Jerrie's family we know you realize how blessed you were to have them as parents, in laws, and grandparents. They were a special couple and we were blessed to have met them the first week we spent at the Owners Club. By chance, we often ended up there at the same time and enjoyed many fun times together on the porch. As you gather to celebrate Bruce's life, May your memories bring you comfort at this difficult time.
