Robert Sinclair Obituary

Robert G. Sinclair CHARLESTON - Robert G. Sinclair, 83, of Charleston, South Carolina, died December 1, 2023. He was born in Chesterfield, Virginia, on February 18, 1940, the first of three children of the late Frank and Katherine DeEtta Sinclair. He lived in Charleston, SC, for the past 49 years. Initially stationed in Charleston as part of his service with the U.S. Navy, he and his wife fell in love with the city, and he chose to retire there with the rank of Lieutenant. An avid backyard naturalist, Bob enjoyed gardening and observing wildlife. He was predeceased by his wife of 61 years, Jean S. Sinclair. He is survived by his daughter, Sheena S. Giraud and her husband, Robert J. Giraud. At his request, all services will be private.
