Our loving son, brother, father, and friend Robert Diego Samora, left us at the young age of 31 on April 5, 2015. Robert was born on Sept. 17, 1983 in Salt Lake City to Jake Sr. and Rosie Samora. Robert was amazing man with a heart of gold. He touched the lives of many and made a lasting impression everywhere he went. He had a smile that could light up a room.
Robert is survived by his parents, his children; Alex and Zya; girlfriend, Rose; siblings; JJ, Tino, Carlos (Trisha), Maria, and Monica; grandmother, Julia; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Robert is proceeded in death by his grandparents; Pedro Rocha, Ernesto Samora and Cordelia Samora; uncle, Raul Samora; cousin Vincent Samora; and nephew, Kruz Argyle.
Funeral services will be held Friday April 17, 10:00am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2864 So. 9000 W. Magna, Ut. Visitation will be held Thurs. April 16 from 6-7:30 p.m., with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m., at Peel Funeral Home, 8525 W. 2700 So. and 9:00-9:45 at the church prior to the funeral. I will miss my uncle Robert it's hard to say goodbye to the best uncle anybody could ever have and I'm glad he was my uncle he just had a voice that could make everbody smile :) or laugh I will miss him

Robert was born in 1983 the same year as my twins Robert & Jessica. I never got to see my kids but I watched Robert growing up and I would think to myself that he's the same age as my twins. Robert and I had a unique friendship. I am sad. I will miss you Robbie.
