RIORDAN, Robert Entered into eternal rest on the evening of December 22, 2005 Robert Richard Riordan, husband of Florence Ward Riordan. Residence, Charleston, SC. The relatives and friends of Mr. & Mrs. Robert R. Riordan are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial of the former Tuesday morning, December 27, 2005 in St. Joseph's Catholic Church at 10:30 o'clock. Prayers of Final Commendation and Farewell will be conducted later. Friends may call at J. HENRY STUHR, INC. WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL Monday from five until seven o'clock. Mr. Riordan was born December 7, 1925 in New York, NY, the son of Timothy Riordan and Julia Halpin. He was a graduate of Seton Hall University and attended Fordham Law School. He was a Navy Veteran of World War II, retired from Bell & Howell as a Sales Representative, a former volunteer at St. Francis Hospital and a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church . He is survived by his wife of Charleston, SC; two daughters: Kathleen Riordan of New York, NY and Margaret Riordan of Fairfield, CT; three sons: Timothy Riordan and his wife Tracey of Bernardsville, NJ, Robert Riordan of Charleston, SC and Michael Riordan and his wife Bridget of Atlanta, GA.; three grandchildren: Jack and Jessica Riordan of Bernardsville, NJ and Colleen Riordan of Atlanta, GA. In lieu of flowers a memorial may be made to the American Heart Association of SC, 409 King Street Suite 300, Charleston, SC 29401.
