Robert Perry Obituary

PERRY, Robert Robert "Buddy" Perry of Goose Creek, South Carolina, formerly of Whitesville, WV, passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2005 at Medical University of South Carolina. He was born May 29, 1947 at Kayford, WV; a son of Rev. Ernest Perry and wife, Desree of Acme, WV and the late Kathleen Pack Perry. He was a Plant Operator for Charleston Public Works, Charleston, SC. He was also a former Coal Miner and attended Goose Creek Worship Center Church of God, Goose Creek, SC. He is survived by his wife, Lois Dillon Perry; daughters, Misty Dawn Perry and Kathleen Viola Perry both at home; five sisters, Judy Butler (Billy) of Colcord, WV, Sandra King (David) of Charleston, WV, Sherry Boggs and late husband Billy June Bug of Nitro, WV, Donna Williams (Joe) of Artie, WV, and Vicki Smith of Whitesville, WV; three brothers, James "Dean" Perry (Belva) of Whitesville, WV, Jackie Perry (Becky) Parkersburg, WV, and Ricky Perry (Tammy) of St. Albans, WV and 15 nieces and nephews. Our dad was a hardworking man. He was a good husband, father, son, and brother. He loved everyone very much. He would always make you laugh no matter what kind of mood you were in. He always put his family and God first. He taught us that when things go wrong never give up and always go for your dream. Mom and dad taught us about God and that he can do anything. We love you.
