Robert Patrick Obituary

Robert H. Patrick, Sr. CHARLESTON - Robert H. Patrick, Sr., 90, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Monday, October 8, 2012. A memorial service and interment at Arlington National Cemetery at a date to be announced. Robert was born November 29, 1921 in Wolfton, SC, the seventh child of Orin William Patrick and Jessie Mae Reeves Patrick. He attended the Academy of Richmond County, the only member of his class to earn a commercial degree. He retired as Senior Chief Petty Officer after 26 years in the U. S. Navy, a decorated veteran of WWII and Vietnam. He later implemented U.S. Congressional Surveys and performed in sixteen movies and TV series. He was a member of the V.F.W. Post 3142, Fleet Reserve Branch #50, American Legion Post 0170, and attended the Ashley River Baptist Church. He is survived by his dear friend Billie Livingston of Charleston, SC; son, Dr. Robert H. Patrick, Jr. of Bedminster, NJ; daughter, Debbie Cervoni of Las Cruces, NM; 2 grandchildren, a great grandchild, sister, Mary Patrick Borstell and a large extended family.
