Hard to believe it's been 4 years since Carol and Bob took off for parts beyond us. I still miss them, but they live on in hearts and memories.

I still find it hard to believe that Carol and Bob are gone. I lost Larry this year to dementia and Parkinson's disease, so I hope they are saving me a place beyond this world. We had so many memories together and so much fun. They are inextricably tied to my younger and older selves -- and all the selves in between. I'm not sure Heaven was ready for both Bob and Larry together, but there you go! I'm so grateful to have had them in my life.

It's been 2 years since Bob and Carol left us. We still think about them and remember what good times we had and what good friends they were. They are inextricably tied to our memories of Charleston and Dayton. They'll always be a part of us, from Bob and Larry sharing racing rallies to our kids being born and being friends too. We're so glad we knew them.

My husband and I were on scene of this accident the night it happened. We tried our best to help before police and ambulance showed up. I pray for your family every time we pass the accident scene. I am so sorry for your loss. I wished there was more we could've done to help save them.

When I heard of Bob and Carols tragic passing I let out a giant sob. We were just leaving for the memorial service for an old friend. Life can be so capricious. They will always be 40 in my mind.
My prayers go out to all the extended family.

We are stunned beyond belief at Carol and Bob's passing. We were all young together in Charleston in the late 60s and early 70s and were friends ever since. Their loss is beyond measure and we will miss them terribly. To their kids, Kristin and Jason, all our love and sympathy. To their grandkids, you were lucky to have had them in your lives. We are so sorry.

Bob and Carol have been very important to us
for many years. Their death has deeply affected both of us. They have welcomed us to their home many times and shared their business venture "This and That" with us. Their warmth and generosity will never be forgotten. Bob and Carol you will truly be missed by the O'Malleys.

I am profoundly sad at learning this news. I am with United Yorkie Rescue where Carol and Bob both were proud to be members for approximately 3 years. They will be remembered always. Sending prayers to family and friends.

So saddened to read about Mr. and Mrs. Neumann. I worked at a bank they went to and have fond memories of Mr. Neumann talking all about their yorkies and even bringing a few by for me to see and love on. One in particular I remember was their beloved "Chip" who was in such great need. Mr. and Mrs. Neumann cared for that little puppy to the end when others would have given up. Mr. Neumann spoke fondly about his children and grandchildren. My sympathies to all of the family.
