Robert Lynch Obituary

Robert "Bobby" Lynch St. George, SC - Robert (Bobby) Lewis Lynch, 90, passed away on December 1, 2022. Mr. Lynch was born in Lynchburg, Virginia to the late Frank Lynch and Margaret McGrew Lynch Knight Johnson. He is survived by his son, Mike (Cheryl) Lynch, of St. George. He is also survived by two siblings, Jackie Westbury Wimberly of Santee, and Samuel "Sonny" Knight of North Carolina. He has ten grandchildren. Mr. Lynch was predeceased by his wife of 71 years, Georgia Nettles Lynch, four of his own children: Ricky, George, Thomas (Puddin'), Bridgette Lynch Murrow; and one grandson, Jason Lynch. Mr. Lynch served in the United States Marines. He retired from the Giant Cement plant. Mr. Lynch was known for his love of music and enjoyed hosting musical "jam" sessions at his barn.
