Dear Twyla,

We share in your and your family's loss of Bob. At work he was my dedicated mentor, and I have always credited him with most of the success that I had in my banking career. More significantly, he furthered my person development with high personal and family values. Gretchen and I admired him.

I was fortunate to have lunch with him at the Lincoln Park Grill in October 2003 while he was viiting in Dayton and I will always treasure that moment. We look forward to reading his book.

We wish you loving happiness in your life, and may God bless you and your family.

With fond memories,

Wes Cleaves
