Robert "Rocky" Allen Gunter SUMMERVILLE - Robert "Rocky" Allen Gunter, 65, of Summerville passed away on Friday, December 30, 2016 at his residence. Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation Sunday evening, January 1, 2017 from 6 to 8 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held Monday, January 2, 2017 at 2 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park, 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Frances R. Willis SPCA, 136 4 Paws lane, Summerville, SC 29483. Robert was born September 8, 1951 in Charleston, son of the late John Will Gunter and Maelene Sara Lawrence Gunter. Survivors include one sister: Sherri Arsenault (Edward) of Summerville and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by three sisters and one brother.
