What a privilege it was to know Mr. Robert. He came faithfully every month to pay the bill for the rescue squad. Never in my dreams did I know he was so ill. When his wife came to pay the bill I just knew Mr. Robert was not doing well. Rest in paradise my dear friend. I will miss your stories. You loved and did your job so well.

"Mr. Bob" and I just recently had a conversation about his service to Charleston County. He was a fixture at fatal scenes. I always looked for him coming in the van. Although it usually was not a good situation when he showed up, I was always glad to see him and his smile. I will surely miss him. Our hearts are heavy and our thoughts and prayers are with his family and the Rescue Squad. Well done Mr. Bob.
