Robert Courtney Obituary
ROBERT W. COURTNEY
MIDDLEBUSH
Robert W. Courtney died at his residence on Aug. 3, 2008.
Mr. Courtney was predeceased by his wife, Barbara, in 1998, and his brother, Howard, in 1945.
Mr. Courtney is survived by four sons, John Courtney and his wife, Lucy of Berkeley, Calif., Kenneth Courtney of New Market, N.H., Robert Courtney and his wife, Claudia of Longmont, Colo., and William Courtney and his wife, Elizabeth of Kendall Park; his daughter, Elizabeth and her husband, Benjamin Bittner, of Lauderdale by the Sea, Fla., and five grandchildren, Kyle, Kymberly, Jessica, Brian and Devin.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 7, at Middlebush Reformed Church. Memorial contributions can be made to the Middlebush Reformed Church Trust Fund, 1 South Middlebush Road, Somerset, NJ 08873. Arrangements are under the direction of Gleason Funeral Home, 1360 Hamilton St., Somerset, NJ 08873.
