A renowned chef and pioneer of Charleston's dining scene, he is survived by his mother, sons, siblings, and extended family. A Celebration of Life will be held June 14 at 11:00 a.m. EDT at the Historic Wesleyan Methodist Church, Hosford, FL, with visitation at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lowcountry Food Bank, Charleston, SC.
