I worked with Rita in 1991 and 1992, I think, at Third Fed. She taught me so much. I really liked her. She was so proud to go the Whitehouse for the Easter Egg Roll! I remember something she taught me, and I remember it all the time... I would ask her a question and I always started with a pronoun. For example, she or he. Rita had no idea who I was talking about... Ever since then, I start a sentence with a full name. I have taught my kids the same! Thank you Rita! The reason I found this obit, is that today there is a fire at Country Lakes and my first thought was Oh no! Rita lives there! The appraiser who appraised the condo for her knew my husbands' family very well. And here I find that she is gone now. I will remember her fondly!
